Detroit - Auto City, birthplace of Ford and Chrysler, home of Motown Records - has been going through many fundamental and painful changes decades after decades. But Detroit and Detroiters have never given up. And now, once again, Detroit is "rising from the Ashes" - as one local artist put it. I walked around the City in 2014. Both, Detroit's history and what lies ahead is merging slowly, but fluently.
